Please read all the information regarding the Covid-19 guidelines to make your trip to Widmer a safe one.

Times : These will be available 2 days before the competition. Once the entries have closed transfers under some circumstances may be available. Once times have been posted transfers and refunds are not available .
Please note that under the British Dressage Covid-19 guidelines the test times may have to increased to 10 minutes a test to allow the judge to compile comments on the riders test sheets.

You are asked to park considerately and leave a gap of 4 meters between vehicles.
Warm up and down :
Competitors will be provided with a warm up arena for use no more than 40 mins before their test. No member of the public may attend the warm up or down arena on foot.

Social distancing measures must be observed throughout the show. Please use hand sanitiser and wash hands regularly during your visit.
Toilets will be available for use but we operate a wipe when you leave policy. You are required to clean as you go.

Dressage is run under 2022 British Dressage rules
The judge’s decision is final. Horses must be at least 4 years old
Hard hats to PAS 015 98, PAS 015 2011+KM, VG1+KM SNELL E2001 ASTMF1163 2004 Onwards SEIAS/NZ3838 2003 standard must be worn at all times whilst mounted. The show organisers reserve the right to refuse or reject any entry and withdraw or amend any prizes offered or cancel classes at their discretion. The show organisers and owners of Widmer E.C accept no responsibility for any damage, loss or accident, injury to owners, riders, spectators or any other persons or property whatsoever

PYO tests must be long arena and not split between open and restricted

No dogs are allowed outside of the car park. Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on the farm . No lungeing.
Score sheets ~ Please note that these will only be given out at the end of the class when scores have been added and places awarded. If a rider has to leave the show ground, than a score sheet can be posted on to them on receipt of a SAE, postage stamp or equivalent money.
