1) All competitors should wear a correctly fastened hat to the current BSI Standards at all times when mounted on the show ground.
2) All dogs should be kept on a lead at all times.
3) All horses or ponies, when outside the arena, should be moved at walk only, to ensure the safety of all spectators and pedestrians.

4) Children under the age of 16 years should be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 yrs, who will be held responsible for their behaviour and welfare.
5) Please Keep the lorry park clear of hay and droppings and pick up/take home your dog mess
8). The organizers reserve the right to refuse any entry to any class or entry to the showground without stating a reason
9) No entries will be accepted unless accompanied by the correct fee.
10) Objections must be made within 30 minutes of the incident and accompanied by a deposit of £20.00 which will be forfeited if the objection is overruled
11) The organizers will not accept any responsibility or liability for loss, damage or illness to any property, person or animal however caused
12) No horse or pony under the age of 4 years may be ridden on the showground
13) Improper use of whips or spurs at any time on the showground will result in elimination. ONLY BS legal whips must be used
14) Points will only count for the championships if a minimum of three events have been attended. Points are awarded to the same horse/rider combination in each class. Points can not be transferred between classes
15) No head cams allowed. Correct dress and footwear with defined heels must be worn. All horses and ponies must be 4 yrs old and over Entries accepted at rider’s risk.
HEALTH AND SAFETY The organisers and land owners have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must obey the instructions of the organisers, officials, and stewards and take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring.
INSURANCE All riders and spectators should take out their own third-party insurance.
