The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any Show, alter classes and refuse any entries without explanation.

In the event of cancellation, a proportion of the entry fee may be withheld to cover administration costs.

Please make sure you are on time for your test , we can’t guarantee to fit anyone in if you are late

Horses and ponies must not be left unattended when tied up outside horse boxes or trailers.
No galloping or dangerous riding permitted.

Please use bins provided for litter and pick up dropping from field .

In interests of health and safety, everyone must take all reasonable precaution to avoid and prevent accidents and obey instructions of the organizer and stewards

Highfield house stables and the organisers take no responsibility for any loss , injury or damage to anyone attending this competition

Team Highfield and Tyne and Wear Dressage will not accept any rudeness or unacceptable behaviour towards any of its staff or fellow competitors - anyone who can’t be kind and courteous will be asked to leave and no refund given

No refunds unless vet note or positive covid test where we will transfer entries.

Any objection must be handed to the Secretary in writing within 30 minutes of the alleged incident accompanied by a £30 deposit returnable if the objection is upheld.

At all times when mounted, riders must wear correctly secured hard hats which comply with ASTMF1163 or PAS015, We strongly recommend that all exhibitors carry Public Liability Insurance.

Please take your horses temperature before attending and if they are showing any signs of being unwell please do not attend the competition and protect other competitors

The decision of the Judges and Organisers is FINAL.
