Entries may close early if oversubscribed. Combinations may only enter 1 class. Times will be available on Horse Monkey by Thursday 5th August at 8pm. REFUND POLICY Withdrawls before the closing date will receive a full refund. After the closing date we will issue a full refund if there is a waitlist and your slot can be filled. Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, the following terms will apply to refunds: Cancellation more than 5 days prior to the competition – full refund less £5 admin fee. Cancellation 5 days or less prior to the competition – a minimum of 50% refund will be issued. Hair must be above the collar and long hair secured in a hair net. Piercings must be removed. Dress as per British Eventing Rules Whip use: excessive use of the whip, including repeated slapping down the shoulder, is prohibited. Use of the whip will be monitored and excessive use may result in elimination at the discretion of the judges. No schooling/dressage whips allowed in the jumping phases. Excessively fast, aggressive or dangerous riding will not be tolerated and will result in Elimination, the Judge’s decision is final.
