RDA Unicorn Centre TQ Horse Event Terms and conditions

Event Terms & Conditions

A condition of placing your entry is that you agree to adhere to all government regulations and BD protocols (including the BD Community COVID-19 Charter) relating to social distancing, public health and hygiene and at all times whilst on the Unicorn Centre site. Horses must be vaccinated in accordance with BD rules (within 6 months and 21 days of a competition) https://www.britishdressage.co.uk/news/bd-statement-vaccinations-microchipping/ The amnesty for the six month requirement finished on 30 June 2021.
The number of visitors on site on the day will be in line with Government guidelines. Competitors will be expected to arrive, compete and depart from the Centre in a timely manner. Competitors can be accompanied by friends and family in line with government guidance. Anyone using indoor areas should wear face coverings.
Although not mandatory, the Unicorn Centre is encouraging everyone in attendance to take lateral flows tests before attending site. Lateral flow tests are now readily available from approved COVID testing centres and local pharmacies for collection or home delivery.
Sorry, there will be no café or vending machines operating on the day.
Commanders are allowed for tests, however the Centre will be unable to provide a commander on the day.
A site map, showing access to toilets, arenas and the one-way systems plus other information relevant to the day including any updated Covid-19 information, will be posted on the Centre’s website, along with the times, after 5pm on Friday 23 July.
