1. Stables will be open after 6pm. Those arriving early for the farm ride must park in the main farm yard and cannot use the stables until 6pm. All areas to be vacated by 4pm on day of departure.

2. We will provide 2 bales of shavings for each horse. Extra bales may be purchased on site, or you may bring your own. No other form of bedding may be used. At the end of your camp you must leave your stable empty and swept clean. You are welcome to bag up any clean shavings and take them home with you. There will be a £5 charge for any stable not left totally clean. All stables have a number on them for identification – please do not deface the doors with sticky labels/chalk etc.

4. We ask you to respect our facilities and ensure that you leave no litter and do not take chairs from the pavilion to use in the arenas. Please keep noise levels down after 10pm, both in the
pavilion and in the stables. If you visit your horse late into the night, the other horses start banging at their doors causing sleepless nights for all.

Due to the Health and Safety regulations you are asked to inspect the stables and pavilion before use and if you are unhappy with anything please inform the office immediately.
