Please only enter if are able to travel to RR in line with latest Covid restrictions.

Adult competitors have to remain within their local authority boundaries for competition while those aged 12 – 17 may travel beyond their LA area.

This event is being run behind "closed doors" so horse, rider and one helper - no spectators.
Competitors can only enter two consecutive classes i.e. 60cm & 70cm or 70cm & 80cm

.Pre-entry Show - times allocated - all classes Single Phase.

Please read Terms and Conditions set out by the Centre.

Prize Money for 80 cm - 1st £15, 2nd £10, 3rd £5
Rosettes 1st to 6th

Event Terms & Conditions

**SHOW JUMPING COMPETITION INFORMATION**

To ensure the safety of staff and participants we ask that the following rules are followed at all times:-
• Individuals must NOT attend Rockrose if they:
• Have need to self-isolate
• Are in a household that are self-isolating
• Are feeling unwell

You must respect social distancing at all times
• One rider and one assistant per horse they must all be from same household or can be 2 individuals from separate households but social distancing must be respected.
• Spectators are not permitted.
• We ask all riders and helpers to maintain appropriate social distancing whilst at the Centre.
• There will be separate areas for "flat warming up" and "Jump Warming up" times will be allocated.
Assistants moving poles etc must wear gloves and face coverings.
• Riders will be allocated a “course walking” time slot and whilst walking the course must wear face coverings.
• Participants must arrive and leave promptly - never wait around to chat/watch
• If a rider is competing in more than one class they require to wait in their car/lorry
• There is ample parking. Please use all space available and park away from other vehicles at least 3mtrs
• Horses should not be tied up outside lorries/trailers or left unaccompanied.
• Please use hand santisiers that will be available in various locations.
• As riders will be allocated an alloted time please time it so you that you do not spend any more time at the centre than required for . All waiting must be done socially distant from others. All waiting should be done in the lorry park away from the arenas.
• Riders wishing to withdraw must advice the Centre by calling 07793 804 587 as soon as possible.
• Rosettes if applicable, will be posted to anyone who leaves a stamped address envelope with riders name and class number stated.
• There will be no catering on site so please bring your own refreshments.

• EQUINE INFLUENZA Primary vaccinations with 12 month boosters.
• VACCINATIONS: Always carry your horse’s passport.

These measures have been put in place for the benefit and safety of everyone - please take them seriously as non-compliance will force us to ask you to leave

These could be amended nearer the time of the Competition in line with latest Govt & Horsescotland Covid regulations.
