* Riding hats to BSI safety standards must be worn at all times while mounted .
* No leaving horses unattended tied to side of horse boxes .
* The Showground and organisers nor any of its officers, servants or agents shall in any way be liable for any accident, injury, damage or loss.
* Riding at the competition is at your own risk.
* You must stick to your allocated time slot so that you do not interfere with any riders times , we can’t guarantee to fit you in if you are late .
* We reserve the right, in exceptional circumstances, to cancel the booking with no notice.
* We reserve the right to cancel due to COVID 19, entries will be transferred to another date - no refunds
