Terms & conditions

Right to Enter the Venue

Anyone who has shown, or been in contact with someone showing, any symptoms of COVID-19 may not enter the Venue.

Anyone who, in the opinion of the organising committee, is showing symptoms of COVID-19 will be required to leave the Venue immediately.

Right to Enter the Venue

Anyone who has shown, or been in contact with someone showing, any symptoms of COVID-19 may not enter the Venue.

Anyone who, in the opinion of the organising committee, is showing symptoms of COVID-19 will be required to leave the Venue immediately.

Physical distancing must be practiced at all times whilst at the Venue. Anyone who, in the opinion of the organising committee, is found to be repeatedly in breach of the physical distancing guidelines will be required to leave the Venue immediately.

Riders may be accompanied by up to three additional people from one other household. Only the following categories of people, other than staff and officials, may enter the Venue during the event.

Rider
Horse Owner
Parent/Guardian of Rider (if under 18 years)
Groom

People who do not fit one of the categories above will not be permitted entry to the Venue.

Face coverings must be worn by anyone inside the building unless they are on a horse. Only one person from the Rider’s group may enter the building whilst the Rider is in the building on a horse. This person must leave the building as soon as the Rider has finished competing.

Arrival at the Venue

People must not arrive earlier than one hour before the published start time of their first competition.

On arrival at the Venue, people must follow all directions given to them by the parking stewards. Contact tracing details will be confirmed at this time and numbers of people present will be checked to ensure you are complying with the strict limits in place.

People should park as instructed with due regard to physical distancing guidelines and unload their horse and tack up.

Prize-Giving Ceremonies

There will not be any prize-giving ceremonies during the event. Results will be posted online and, where applicable, any prize money will be paid on the day at the cafe.

Showjumping

Jumping Warm-Up

Riders will be called, in turn, to enter the Jumping Warm-Up.

The only personnel authorised to enter the Jumping Warm-Up are riders on a horse and venue staff and officials. People not specifically authorised to enter the Jumping Warm-Up will not be permitted entry to the Jumping Warm-Up.

Riders are not allowed to have their own representative in the Jumping Warm-Up. Anyone found to be entering the Jumping Warm-Up who has not been specifically authorised may be asked to leave the Venue.

The number of people in the Jumping Warm-Up at one time must not exceed six.

The Competition

Riders will be allocated a competition time. When the collecting ring steward calls a rider, they must enter the competition arena and complete their round. Any rider failing to come forward when called will not be allowed to compete and must immediately leave the Warm-Up arena.

Once you have completed your competitive round, you must immediately return to your vehicle.

Dressage
