Nedz Working Hunter Show Equestrian Event Notes

Notes

As per our terms and conditions, all horses attending Aintree EC must be up to date with their annual vaccinations, and be 6 days clear of having had any vaccination. Checking of passports will continue at all forthcoming events. Please provide passports for inspection as you arrive.

Clients must NOT attend Aintree if they:
• Have been instructed to self-isolate by NHS111 or NHS Track & Trace
• Are in a household that is self-isolating
• Have shown any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days:
o A new continuous cough
o An elevated temperature/fever above 37.8c
o A loss of smell or taste
• Have come into contact with anyone with a confirmed case of Covid-19 without wearing appropriate medical-grade PPE

NEW FORMAT DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS

Only one competitor will be permitted in the main arena at once and a maximum of 5 people in the warm up arena (the same as BD and BS rules)

Times will be given to each competitor once the entries have closed.

Competitors will go forward to the judge, jump their round and then go straight into an individual show for the judge. They will then leave the arena and the next competitor will come forward.

The marks will be added up and results will be announced by the tannoy and rosettes will be available to collect from the collecting ring steward once the class results have been announced. There will be no mounted presentations.

Unfortunately there will be no go rounds with other competitors and no championships at this show due to the restriction on numbers permitted in indoor arenas.

All competitors will need to complete a track and trace questionnaire on arrival and all attendees names will need to be provided at time of entry. Please note that no spectators are permitted and there should only be a maximum of two people attending per horse/pony.

Once entries have closed, all competitors will receive a useful email about the show and the new restrictions in place.

If you have any questions or queries about the show, please email info@aintreeequestriancentre.co.uk and we will be happy to help.
