1. Remember to bring your number/bib – we cannot provide a bib or the number to go inside it on the day if you forget.
2. On arrival the gate steward will check the rider is on the list of competitors. If there are helper(s) not travelling with the rider please give their car registration to the steward.
3. Only one helper per horse, in addition to the rider. If the rider is under 12, or disabled, one extra helper is allowed. No one else may enter the show ground.
4. You will be told where to park, 5 metres apart, tying up on the left side. Cars (not towing) will be parked by the pavilion, not with the wagons/trailers.
5. Please stay with your wagon / trailer when not competing or using the facilities. No congregating anywhere on the show ground.
6. There is a one-way system in place for horses and pedestrians. You must use it.
7. Remember social distancing at all times, mounted or on foot. Sanitisers will be at the collecting ring and at the start, by the toilets and by the pavilion. Hand washing facilities will be by the tap (near the toilets). Please use these regularly.
8. The secretary, Hazel, may be contacted by text or phone on 07774204284. She cannot make any alterations or take entries on the day. Please contact her if you have a problem. You will be texted any extra information you may need on the day.
9. You may not have your helper in the collecting ring, only five riders at a time. The steward in this ring will adjust the fences for you. Because of the limit on numbers, please do not enter the collecting ring until it is your turn.
10. Course Walking – You may walk the course on the Saturday prior to the event after 2pm. You may NOT walk the course whilst a class is taking place. Times for course walks will be posted along with competitors’ start times.
11. As soon as you have completed your round and washed your horse/pony off please leave.
12. Results will be posted on Horsemonkey, FaceBook and our website, www.wilmslowridingclub.cu.uk.
13. Rosettes will be sent out 24 hours after the results are posted.
For this show to take place and be Covid compliant, all these conditions must be strictly adhered to. Members of the Committee will be on site in high viz jackets if you need more information.
