Team Diva Unaffiliated Dressage - Grass Arena

We are a fun and friendly dressage competition series, open to all. We are operating within Covid-19 regulations as an outdoor event. Full terms available on request. This event will be held on GRASS arenas. Parking on grass (some hard standing for large lorries) Takeaway refreshments All horses and ponies in attendance need to have up to date annual vaccinations. Covid-19 Regulations to Adhere To 1.Please maintain 2m distance at all times. 2.Horseboxes to be parked with a 3m distance between them 3.Please wash your hands or use hand sanitiser at regular intervals and follow all relevant 4.Covid-19 signage at the venues. 5.1 person can accompany 1 rider at the venue – this is to keep within current guidelines of 30 people at any one time at a sporting venue. 6.1 extra person is permitted per extra horse i.e. if you are competing 2 horses, you are allowed 2 helpers – it would be useful of you can inform the organisers if you are in this position. 7.If you have entries for different classes on different horses i.e. an intro and a novice test. Then please stay within your horsebox area in the time between the tests. No hanging around the ring. 8.Refreshemtns are available. Please take them back to your horsebox area to consume. 9.Please leave the venue after your final test. No hanging around to watch others please. This is to maintain our 30 person rule as best we can. 10.At Stoneparc we have a large warming in area. We are allowing 30mins per competitor to warm up. There will be maximum of 6 in the warm up at one time. 11.There will be no score board, prizes or individual score sheets available on the day. Please bring an adequate A5 (or larger) self addressed envelope 12.The results will be posted on Horse Monkey after the event, and rosettes distributed the next day. Directions to Stoneparc for all competitors: Access to Stoneparc is accessible for Horsebox lorries and trailers. All horsebox lorries and trailers are advised to travel via the B4265 Wick Road from either direction. Turning directly into the village of St Athan. Once on this road travel through the village sign posted St Marys Church. the venue will be signposted on the second right turning. Please avoid coming through Cowbridge as the road is too narrow to allow free flow of equestrian traffic from that end. Getting to the wick road from the A48: please note there is a 7.5ton limit on the Llysworney road, please continue on the A48 to the new roundabout where you take the 3rd exit B4270, this brings you onto the Llantwit Major Road past Llandow race track etc. Continue on this road until you meet the Wick road at the roundabout and take first exit. Follow this road through one more roundabout and 3 sets of traffic lights. Until you see the signs for St Athen village on your left Do not follow sat nav through Llanmaes, this is too narrow.
