2. All riders must wear hard hats/crash helmets to BS EN 1384 1997 or PAS 015 1998 standards, body protectors are recommended.
3. Horses and ponies must be at least 4 years old.
4. The decision of the Organisers on any matter shall be final. 5. Should the event be cancelled due to reasons beyond the control of the Organiser, refunds will be issued less a £5.00 administration levy.
5. All competitors and their connections should conduct themselves in a polite and courteous manner while on the showground. No abuse, whether verbal or physical, towards any other competitor, official, judge, steward, or animal will be tolerated. Anyone found guilty of this type of offence will be asked to leave the showground immediately. The decision of the Organisers shall be final in such a case and no entry fee will be refunded.
6. The Organisers, Staff College Drag Hunt Ltd, the volunteers, and all persons involved with the running of the Hunter's Challenge and Team Relay, disclaim all liability for any damage or injury to any person or property, howsoever caused, whether by negligence or otherwise. Competitors confirm that they hold appropriate public liability insurance for themselves and their horses.
