TIER 3 – VERY HIGH ALERT leisure and sports facilities may continue to stay open organised outdoor sport, and physical activity and exercise classes can continue, however higher-risk contact activity should not take place (Please note, the use of indoor/covered arenas for equestrian activity has previously been classified as outdoor activity in England and Scotland) you can't mix with other households indoors, or in private gardens and pub gardens you can meet in a group of up to six in other outdoor spaces, such as parks, beaches or countryside avoid travelling to other parts of the UK, including for overnight stays other than where necessary, such as for work, education, youth services, to receive medical treatment, or because of caring responsibilities. You can travel through other areas as part of a longer journey. You may travel out of a tier 3 area for individual exercise. In all tiers, all equestrian facilities, yards and centres can open for lessons, hire and competitions. Horse owners and guardians can travel to care and exercise horses without restriction including travelling horses away from the yard for exercise, training/lessons, hire or competition. Hacking on a social basis should only be done within the rule of six. Where possible, travel into and out of tier three should be avoided. In all tiers, coaches and equestrian practitioners can continue to operate within COVID protocols and risk assessments for the provision of a safe workplace. Travel is permitted between tiers but please observe the requirements of the tier you live in. Please ensure you have read and follow the current guidance for traveling and competing from British Dressage. https://www.britishdressage.co.uk/.../coronavirus-toolkits/ Moreton Morrell campus is under Tier 3 rules. Competitors attending outside of Tier 3 will be allowed to attend the competition, however, anyone in Tier 1 or 2 who does not want to come or feels this is unnecessary travel please let me know (wprodwell@warwickshire.ac.uk), and we will refund their entry fees. Please also follow these guidelines: Please do not attend if you feel unwell or have coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms or have someone in their household who does. Please wear a face covering when in close proximity or talking to the door steward or WCG Staff. Only bring one helper with you. To comply with Track & Trace we will need to record the name of the (one) person with each rider. You can email before you arrive or tell us on the day. No spectators, the viewing gallery will be closed to everyone except the Judge and Writer. Tests can be called or viewed inside the arena. Music classes - CD's Only, must be labeled before you arrive with Rider Name, class, and Number. CD's to be left & collected on a table inside the Main yard doors. Keep at least 2m apart at all times from anyone not in your household. Please use the Hand sanitiser provided before touching the arena gates No access to the Equine reception room, except MM staff or helpers. Please see the door steward if you have any questions on the day, wear a mask. Results will be posted on Horse Monkey after each class has ended and results have been finalised, full results at the latest will be posted by 6:30 pm on the day. Please leave an SAE for dressage sheets & rosettes to be posted. No Sheets will be given out on the day. Farriers Fayre catering will be open for hot food and refreshments Please maintain a safe distance when queueing or ordering. Please note the Cotswold Court Toilets are currently having a makeover are out of use, toilets are located behind the Round Farriers building, by the horse Walker.
