Strictly no Dogs allowed. Entries online at www.sunnybankec.com . Warm up on surface indoors ,Indoor catering facilities. Test in indoor arena.Easily accessible from M4 corridor. If using a Sat Nav please continue into the country lane for 80 yards when taking the sign post for Rudy. Do not turn in to Darren Close. we are first on the left . Refreshments on site. All horses must have up to date Flu vaccinations and passports must be presented to the show secretary before unloading please.Please respect social distancing measures.

Please read. This is very important. You must adhere to all signage and Covid-19 advice and rules which are posted throughout the arena. Any one found breaking the rules or ignoring stewards instructions will be asked to leave and all entries forfeited.
1.Warm up is in the smaller arena as normal. Maximum of 4 people.
2.When you enter the main arena with your horse you will come In through the large doors at the warm up end as normal, you will exit via the large doors at the carpark end.
3.You must still tell the judge who you are by turning right when you go in and simply shouting your name or number.
4.Bridle numbers are compulsory.
5. One rider and one support per horse.
6. Dressage ‘behind closed doors’ without spectators. Viewing gallery and seating will not be accessible.
7. The burger van will be open, please only buy from there just before you leave as this must be eaten in your lorry or towing vehicle or outside the building.
8. There is a strict one-way system in operation for people and horses.
9. We will not provide a caller.
10. Only the rider and caller if needed will be allowed in the arena. You will then both leave through the carpark doors exit.
11. There is no score board, Please leave a large SAE . Results will be posted on our website by Monday.
12. All social distancing rules must be followed to the letter, otherwise we will not be allowed to run.
13. There must be no more than 30 people in the same outdoor area at the same time.
14. Lorries must park 3 metres apart.
15. It is not possible to alter times or change with other riders.
16. You must leave after you have competed.
This list is not exhaustive but these are the main points.
In these uncertain time we must all work together to try and find some sort of normality. I will of course be onsite as usual to assist as much as possible. In order to reduce people on site, I will be based at the Burger van if you need to see me.
