General Terms and Conditions
- These classes are open to all, any age or standard unless otherwise stated, competitors under 16 must have parental permission before submitting an entry
- On entering any of the classes with Horse Monkey, you accept to abide by the rules and Terms & Conditions laid out here
- Only one video/image entry per person/horse combination in the same class
- Entry fees will not be refunded once an entry has been accepted YouTube, Facebook or Vimeo links must be included on your entry
- Horse Monkey reserves the right to refuse an entry without stating a reason
- Verbally introduce your videos including the date such as 1st April 2020, a video must have the sound on.
- The judges decision is final in all situations, no communication or discussion will be entered into by Horse Monkey, any of its representatives or judges involved. Any objection or appeal must be made in writing within 24 horse of the video being judged.
- Horse Monkey & Z-itch takes no responsibility for any injury occurred to either horse or rider whilst recording their video entry. Correct safety attire and appropriate protective wear must be worn.
- Copyright laws must be adhered to when submitting any video footage or photographs or printed material, Horse Monkey will not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of infringement of copyright laws by any competitor.
