Terms & Conditions of Entry
1. Horses / Ponies MUST be 4 years old and over.
2. All those on the carriage must wear Hard Hats on the drive.
3. No dogs to go out on the carriages but are acceptable in the lorry park IF kept under strict control and on leads at ALL TIMES and all excrement picked up.
4. All participants must have shown proof of Third-Party Liability Insurance
5. It is the responsibility of each turnout to drive responsibly, pass or be passed by other turnouts in a respectful and careful manner.
6. ALL pairs & Teams MUST wear either an under-halters or gullet straps on the bridles of ALL animals for health & safety reasons.
7. This is an off-road drive and participants must be sure that both their vehicle and harness is suitable for the terrain.

Southern Carriage Driving Club retains the data provided by those entering this event for the purpose of organising and running the event and planning of future events. By completing the entry form the participant understands and agrees that this data can be used for the publication of event reports, results of the event in paper and electronic media, including photographs taken at the event.
