Horses to wear boots/bandages during test
Please ensure that you zoom when the rider is at the 'A' end of the arena
Please email your test to waine_robert@yahoo.co.uk, Wots app to 07805039970 or alternatively upload to youtube and send the private link to us. Clearly saying the rider and horse's name.
All test should be in by the latest midnight on the 14/03/19

No liability shall fall on the Organisers, Landowners, Sponsors, Judges or Officials in respect of any loss, damage or injury however so caused all all competitors are deemed liable to indemnify the said persons in respect of any loss, damage or injury.

Conditions of Entry
No liability shall fall on the Organisers, Landowners, Sponsors, Judges or Officials in respect of any loss, damage or injury however so caused all all competitors are deemed liable to indemnify the said persons in respect of any loss, damage or injury.
Every effort will be made to keep to the schedules, but we reserve the right to alter the order and composition of classes or to cancel them.
Any competitor may be warned or disqualified for improper or excessive use of whips, spurs e.t.c or other actions which the judges or Officials consider warrants such penalty.
Correct riding attire must be worn at all times. ALL RIDERS, whether competing or not, must wear the correct headgear, PAS 015 or prefixed ASTM or SEI are the minimum standard but riders have to be responsible for their own safety. Failure to wear correct headgear will incur elimination.
The ruling of the judges is final. All complaints must be put into writing and handed to the secretary with a deposit of £20 within 15 minutes of the incident, returnable if the objection is upheld.
Entries may be refused without reason being given and there will be no entitlement to any refund unless a class is cancelled due to insufficient entires, or a Medical/Veterinary Certificate is produced. Up to 25% entry money may be retained to cover administration costs.
Change of horse or rider must be notified to the Secretary 15 minutes before the start of the class or the entry will become void. Change of both horse and rider will not be accepted.
ALL DOGS must be kept on leads at all times
It is the responsibility of competitors to know the rules - our stewards and officials are there to help and advise. Please remember all our helpers are volunteers. Full C&T rules can be found on the C&T website.
