1. Equine Influenza Requirements: All Horses and Ponies coming on to the showground must have had their first 2 vaccinations of the course and/or a booster within the last 12 months. 6 monthly boosters are recommended. Passports will be checked upon collection of numbers from the Show Secretary. Please bring all passports to the Show Secretary before unloading any horse or pony on the showground.

2. Royal London 2019: First, second and third placed horses/ponies not already qualified in eligible classes will qualify for the Champion of Britain Title classes to be held at the Royal London Show to be held at The College Equestrian Centre, Keysoe, BEDS, MK44 2JP on 20th -22nd September 2019. If a horse/pony has already qualified, cards may be handed down to 6th place at judge’s discretion. Each qualified horse/pony will receive a qualification card in the ring which will enable the owner to enter the Royal London Show, provided the owner and rider/handler are, or become registered with the International Showing Society within 21 days of the qualifying show. 3. Equifest 2020: It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to obtain a qualification card prior to competing in an Equifest qualifier and to get their card signed by the judge in the ring. Qualification cards can be sent out free of charge to exhibitors upon request. 4. The judge’s decision is final. Any objections must be brought to the organiser’s attention on the day of competition and we will make every effort to resolve problems. Formal objections should be lodged with the secretary within 30 minutes of the incident.

5. Dogs are permitted but should be kept on a lead at all times and cleaned up after.

6. The Organisers, Sandhurst Draghunt (SC & RMAS Draghunt Ltd), the judges, stewards, volunteers, and all persons involved with the running of the Summer Show, disclaim all liability for any damage or injury to any person or property, howsoever caused, whether by negligence or otherwise. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, exhibitors confirm that they hold appropriate public liability insurance for themselves and their horses.

7. Anyone entering any ring should be appropriately dressed – including a HAT or CAP. Any adult (over 18 years of age) wishing to wear a non-standard hat while mounted may do so at their own risk and on the understanding that no liability will be accepted by the Organisers in the event of any accident. You may not ride, for example in a Concours class, with no hat at all. Children under 18 must wear an appropriate British Standard hat at all times while mounted. Children aged 16 years and under must wear an appropriate British Standard hat while showing in In Hand classes.

8. All exhibitors and their connections should conduct themselves in a polite and courteous manner while on the showground. No abuse, whether verbal or physical, towards any other competitor, official, judge, steward, or animal will be tolerated. Anyone found guilty of this type of offence will be asked to leave the showground immediately. The decision of the Organisers shall be final in such a case and no entry fee will be refunded.

9. No refunds after close of entries. Should the event be cancelled due to reasons beyond the control of the Organiser, refunds will be issued less a £5.00 administration levy. Show less
