RoR Wales and Severn Camp from the 6th to the 9th May 2019.

For RoR registered horses only and for riders aged 15 years and over at 1st January 2019.

I am very much looking forward to welcoming you to the David Broome Event Centre for a fun packed few days with your horses!
Each flat session is a private session and jump sessions will be in pairs, poles in groups of no more than 4 and will be 45 minutes in duration. It is hoped that if you wish to have more than one session with the same instructor then this will be possible.
We have the fabulous GHK Catering providing us with some amazing food in Broomies Pavilion again this year and outside of meal times the bar will be open where alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
Cost of camp is £320 this includes 4 lessons, all meals, 3 nights stabling, first aid cover, use of all the arenas (not grass) full set of show jumps and arena eventing WH course, on site photographer and free entry to camp competitions on last day .
Cabins are available to book £60 each per person for 3 nights and electric hook up for those wanting it £35.
Bringing extra people with you no problem we can provide meals, cost to be confirmed asap.
Coming on your own no problem we are a friendly bunch happy to lend a hand.

Sue McMahon A list one BD judge accredited dressage coach,former GB pony team selector, tutor judge, BYRDS assessor and judge, BHSII.

Amanda Birch, Amanda by her own admission is completely obsessed with dressage to music and with the beauty of the horses' movement when combined with the right piece of music. She also arrives with a positive attitude, masses of enthusiasm, and many exciting ideas for you music and choreography.

Andrew Lovell BHS Stage 5 Performance Coach in Complete Horsemanship, he am currently competes at PSG dressage, but he has evented up to advanced level, ridden at RIHS & Hoys showing horses.

Dan Bizzarro, Dan has a varied background including three years pure dressage as well as producing event horses to 3 star level and showjumping to 1,40m classes. 2014 Dan won the RoR elite eventing championship award.

Ali Lane, Ali is a BD registered trainer and UKCC qualified coach, Ali is an Equipilates trainer and level 3 Pilates instructor.

Stef Eardley, Stef is a registered BHSII, list 5 dressage judge and BD registered trainer and listed para coach.

Event Terms & Conditions

Deposit will secure your place this is NON REFUNDABLE.
Cancelled 28 days or more prior to camp: full refund, less deposit.
Cancelled between 28 and 7 days prior to camp: 50% refund, less deposit unless place can be filled from waiting list, then a full refund, less deposit will be paid. Cancelled 7 days or less prior to camp: no refund.

The Retraining of Racehorses (RoR) their servants, agents, employees and all those connected with The David Broome Event Centre Equestrian facilities do not accept any liability for any damage, whether occasioned by the negligence or breach of contract or statutory duty of themselves, their servants, agents, employees or those connected with the RoR or Equestrian facilities or otherwise howsoever. It is an express condition of every person entering upon the Equestrian facilities that he/she agrees that he/she does so at his/her own risk and voluntarily accepts the risk of injury or damage that is implicit in riding a horse on the premises. All accidents must be reported and an accident report completed at the office. I have read the conditions and agree to be bound by, and observe them and to absolve the RoR and The David Broome Event Centre, and anyone else of those connected with the Equestrian facilities, for any injury or damage that I might suffer whilst on the premises.

Should the instructors have any doubt about the safety of a person due to capability, faulty tack/equipment or any other reason, the instructor may refuse to allow that person to take part until they are satisfied with the amendments made. Properly fitting hard riding hats conforming to current British Safety Standards and footwear with heels must be worn at all times when mounted. Body Protectors to current British standards must be worn on the cross country course at all times. Skull caps with fixed peaks are not permitted on the cross country course. The organisers reserve the right to alter the programme at any time if necessary.
No smoking is tolerated in the cabins or stable yard areas.
