No claim can be accepted for anything that may happen to competitors, spectators, their property, servants, horses or ponies in connection with or arising out of this event and admission is granted and entries accepted only on this condition.
Competitor’s riding hats must conform to the minimum standard BSEN 1384/PAS 015 (1998 and 2011) and should be worn at all times with chin straps done up while mounted. Appropriate riding clothes must be worn by all competitors including reflective clothing for rider and/or horse. Body protectors are strongly recommended
Riders aged 14 and under must be accompanied on the ride by a responsible and suitably experienced adult.
It is the rider’s responsibility to ensure their horse is fit and healthy enough to complete the chosen distance comfortably.
Instructions of organisers, officials and stewards must be followed to promote the safety of everyone present.
For safety reasons, riders to start in groups of at least 2 and no more than 4.
The decision of the organising committee is final.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel the entry or entries made by any person if they deem fit to do so.
No entries refunded without Vet or Doctor’s certificates.
Please leave the parking area as you found it—don’t muck out your trailer or lorry in the parking area, and take your dung and any litter home with you. Thank you!

The organiser of this event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health & safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and stewards.
