Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the Landlord or his Tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.

The Organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the Organisers and all officials and stewards.

All non Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own Third Party Cover. The Wimbledon Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non members and their insurance will not cover you.

All ages are as at 1 January in the current year.

When mounted a hat should be worn conforming to one of the following standards:- PAS015:1998 or 2011, EN1384:1996, BSEN1384:1996, 1997, 2012 with BSI Kitemark or AS/NZS3838 1998,
2003, 2006 with SAI Global symbol or Snell E2001 with the official Snell label and number. The chin strap must be fastened. Adult Side Saddle entrants wearing non conforming hats must sign a Disclaimer in the Secretary’s Office before riding.
All Pony Club Members must wear a hat that conforms to the current Pony Club standards. Hats should be tagged with the Pony Club tag with the chin strap fastened.

The Organisers reserve the right to a) refuse any entry b) cancel any class c) alter an advertised time d) postpone the event as they think fit. If cancelled £3 from each class will be retained.
No refunds will be given except on production of a veterinary certificate or on cancellation of the event.
The Organisers reserve the right to refuse participation to any unfit or unsound horse or pony, or whose tack is in an unsafe condition, or whose behaviour constitutes a danger to others.

No horses/ponies under 4 years of age.

The Judge’s decision is final.

Competition to be run according to The Pony Club 2016 Rules

Objections accompanied by a deposit of £10.00 must be made in writing within 15 minutes of the incident this will be refunded if the objection is sustained.

BSPA RULES - Classes
BSPA CLASSES ARE OPEN TO SKEWBALD AND PIEBALD HORSES AND PONIES ONLY
OPEN TO MEMBERS AND NON MEMBERS
 
THESE CLASSES ARE AFFILIATED TO THE BRITISH SKEWBALD AND PIEBALD ASSOCIATION AND ARE QUALIFIERS FOR THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS OF COLOUR NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW. TO BE HELD ON 10th SEPTEMBER 2016. ALL CLASSES WILL BE JUDGED WITHIN THE RULES AND CRITERIA OF THE BSPA. COPIES OF THE RULEBOOK AND MEMBERSHIP/HORSE REGISTRATION/OVERSTAMPING FORMS CAN BE OBTAINED FROM SHOW OFFICE 01354638226 OR DOWNLOADED FROM www.bspaonline.com ALL STALLIONS 4 YEARS AND OVER MUST BE GRADED LICENSED AND REGISTERED WITH BSPA IN ORDER TO COMPETE, AND MUST CARRY INTO THE RING THEIR RED BSPA SHOWING ID CARD AND BRIDLE DISCS TO BE WORN. IN ORDER TO QUALIFY ALL OWNERS/HANDLERS/RIDERS MUST BE MEMBERS OF THE BSPA AND ALL HORSES/PONIES REGISTERED WITH BSPA PRIOR TO THE SHOW. BSPA QUALIFICATION CARDS MUST BE PRODUCED IN THE RING AND BE SIGNED BY THE JUDGE, OTHERWISE QUALIFICATION IS INVALID. THE HIGHEST PLACED AMATEUR AND HIGHEST PLACED JUNIOR IN EACH CLASS (MUST BE MEMBERS OF BSPA) WILL QUALIFY FOR THE AMATEUR AND JUNIOR SUPREME CHAMPIONSHIP FINALS TO BE HELD AT THE BSPA WORLD OF COLOUR CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW 10TH SEPTEMBER 2016. AMATEUR/JUNIOR CARDS TO BE SHOWN AND QUALIFICATION CARD SIGNED. ALL SHOWS HELD AFTER 10 AUGUST 2016 ARE QUALIFIERS FOR WCC 2017. QUALIFICATION 1-3 IN ALL CLASSES OR 1-4 FOR CLASSES EXCEEDING 10
