Come along for the fun, interactive session using gym balls, exercises and demonstrations to discover how your balance, posture and riding positiion can make a big difference in the saddle!

Non ridden event.
4.30pm PROMPT start and there will be two sessions (groupings will be done when bookings close)
ATTIRE: PC red polo shirt, PC black sweatshirt, appropiate trousers and trainers.
FIRST AIDERS: Jessica Higgs and Natalie Shefford
Refund policy
No refund after event bookings have closed.
Full refund will be given if cancel before entries have closed.
If we have to cancel the event in full a refund will be given. If part of the event is cancelled then only that part will be refunded if the rest of the event goes ahead.
