Browse a fantastic mix of local craft stalls, festive gifts, holiday treats, and our popular Equestrian Table Top Sale—perfect for grabbing Christmas bargains on tack, rugs, and riding gear!

🛍️ Vendor & Seller Booking Information
Pitch Fee: £10.00 per pitch (Pre-booking required – 25 pitches available!)
Pitch Size: Generous 3m × 3m space (plenty of room for tables, racks, and display units).
Who Can Book? We welcome equestrian tack-clearout sellers, local craft & gift stalls, and festive artisan vendors.
📋 Stallholder Guidelines:
Tables & Equipment: Vendors must supply their own trestle tables, chairs, and display stands.
Arena Floor Surface: As the fayre is hosted inside an equestrian arena, we strongly recommend bringing a ground sheet, tarp, or rug to lay under your stall to protect your stock from the arena surface.
Setup Time: Setup opens strictly at [e.g., 8:30 AM]. All vehicles must unload and be moved to the main car park prior to opening.
Safety & Cleanliness: All items must be safely displayed and kept within your allocated 3m × 3m boundary to keep walkways clear.
