Home Farm Equestrian Refund Policy
At Home Farm Equestrian, significant time and resources go into organising our events, including scheduling, staffing, and arena preparation. Our refund policy reflects this to ensure fairness to all competitors and the smooth running of our shows.
Before Times Are Issued
Competitors who withdraw their entry before start times have been published are eligible for a full refund of entry fees, less any non-refundable booking or processing fees.
After Times Are Issued
Once start times have been published, no refunds will be issued.
Exception – Veterinary Withdrawal
A refund (less booking fees) may be issued only upon receipt of a valid veterinary certificate, confirming that the horse is unfit to compete. This must be provided within 7 days of the event date.
Substitutions
Entries may be transferred to another horse or rider before times are issued, subject to organiser approval.
Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Home Farm Equestrian cancels an event, competitors will receive a full refund of entry fees. Booking fees may not be refundable depending on the booking provider.
