We strongly advise entering all classes you intend to jump throughout the weekend in advance. While we do our best to accommodate additional entries/changes where possible, once an arena reaches capacity, entries will unfortunately have to close.

As you will understand, we expect a certain standard of behaviour whilst you are with us. Before you arrive at the show, please review our full Rules & Regulations, that can be found via our website.

We hope you all have a wonderful show however, in the interest of  the sport, it is important that the protocols and regulations are followed by all visiting our Showground.

Polite Notice :
We kindly ask that you leave your stables clean by removing all wet bedding, hay/haylage and muck, and banking up any remaining clean bedding.  We would greatly appreciate your cooperation in ensuring the stables are left in good condition. 
 
As a Showground, we aim to maintain a fair and practical system without implementing a deposit per stable or requiring complete bedding removal at the end of the show. To continue this approach, we kindly ask for your support in leaving the stables clean.

STRAW IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE STABLES

Electric Hook-Up :
Please bring a 100m(+) lead to ensure that you can reach your socket.

Any competitor may cancel their entries earlier than one week before the first day of the show; this must be in writing to jess@theshowground.com. This will entitle them to a full refund of entries. Entries cancelled after the one-week prior to the show period, but no later than 48 hours before the first day of the show are entitled to 50% of their entry fees back as a refund. Entries cancelled after the 48 hours before the first day of the show will be given a maximum of 50%. Cancellations at this point must be put in writing to jess@theshowground.com and will be reviewed after the show has finished and processed in the form of credit on their account.

Cancellations regarding stabling, will only be refundable with 3 weeks notice prior the event. This will entitle you to a refund. Any cancellations after this period will be dependent on being able to resell the stable whether a refund/credit it processed.
