The Organisers may at their absolute discretion, decline any booking, exclude or remove any person or animal from the venue or future events or return any booking fee without being required to assign any reason or being liable for any compensation.
Failure to exhibit any animal entered will entail forfeiture of booking fees and charges for stabling, passes and horsebox parking if appropriate. No refund will be made in any circumstances.
The Organisers reserve to themselves the right to alter the timings, cancel, add to or amend any of the sessions, as necessities of the programme may require, increasing or reducing the number of sessions.
Any act of discourtesy or disobedience to any Measuring Veterinarian, Steward or to any Official on the part of the presenter, groom, rider, owner, driver or agent of an animal, will, at the discretion of such Official, disqualify that animal from being measured, in which case booking fees and charges will be forfeited. Incivility, at any stage, towards an Official is unacceptable and, at the complete discretion of the Organisers, may result in the offender being asked to leave the venue or made subject to sanctions including, but not limited to, a fine, suspension or exclusion from any part of the event.

The British Showjumping Measuring Session will run in accordance with the British Showjumping rules and the British Showjumping measurement requirements.
Bookings are deemed accepted on receipt when attached to the relevant fee.
Any substitutions or withdrawals must be made in writing to measuring@britishshowjumping.co.uk. Any withdrawals after the close of bookings will not receive a refund unless the entry can be replaced from a waitlist.
