Vaccination Record:
All horses and ponies at the Show must have a current and valid certificate of vaccination against Equine Influenza. There will be random checking of certificates and any horse or pony found without a valid certificate will not be permitted to stay at the Championships.

All horses must have been fully vaccinated within the past twelve months before arriving at the event. Horses recently vaccinated must have six clear days after the vaccination before arriving at the Championships.

Drawn orders will be released on Horse Monkey & Drawn orders will be available on the onsite Scoreboard.
Declarations:
Upon arrival, Competitors must declare in the Secretary’s Hut to collect your number.
Medical Fee:
A fee of £3 Per Competitor will be charged towards medical cover during the hours of competition.
Prize Giving:
Show Jumping – prize givings will take place at the end of each class.
Top 10 competitors in each class are required for prize giving.
