Onsite catering
Online entries only accepted. Please enter online at http://www.yrc.co.uk Event closing date is the Monday preceding the event.
IMPORTANT:- Late Entry Fee £5.
Times will be issued online, on the Wednesday preceding the event from 11am.

Ample parking
Health and Safety
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and are not permitted in any arena/walkway.
No smoking/vaping whilst on site.
Horses must not be left tied to the side of a lorry/trailer unattended.
Horses are not permitted to be lead (in head collars or bridles) around the parking areas/grass areas at any time.
No horses/pedestrians permitted in the court yard of Barolin Farm and Barolin cottages.
No horses permitted in the catering/car parking area at any time.
Doorways of arenas must not be obstructed by pedestrians. Please use the viewing galleries to observe riders. No pedestrians permitted in the working in arenas.
No lunging in any arena.
Abide by the school rules at all times.
Please do not obstruct the public footpath/bridleway which runs through YRC - this is the drive way and adjacent to the bottom indoor arena. This includes riding/handling your horse in this area.
It is advised that ALL riders hold their own public liability insurance cover.

All those who enter should be available between the hours of 8:30am and 6pm. Requests for specific times can not be accommodated.
Refund policy
No refunds will be issued to any withdrawals after the close of entries.
A 50% refund will be given to those who withdraw before the close of entries, in writing 7 days prior.
In the event that a competition is cancelled a refund will be issued minus a £2.50 administration fee.
Entries which are refunded will be minus the £1.50 booking fee which is paid directly to Horse Monkey.
