RULES
1. The committee do not hold themselves responsible for any accident to any person, animal or vehicle.
- Entry fee to accompany entry.
- The committee reserve the right to cancel or alter the rotation of events as may be required.
- The committee reserve the right to refuse any entry and their decision is final in all disputes.
- The judge’s decision is final in all events.
- NO ENTRY FEES RETURNED. Numbers to be collected from the secretary on show day.
- All competitors are expected to know, to understand and to follow the rules and regulations of various societies under which their classes are judged.
- All Cups & Trophies to be returned to the show secretary at least 1 month before the show date.
- All competitors will be expected to wear hard hats & shoes or boots with suitable heels while riding.
- Any person may submit a protest. All protests must be accompanied by a deposit of £5 which shall be returned to the depositor if the protest is substantiated, otherwise to be forfeited to the show. This rule will be strictly adhered to.
- All dogs must be kept on leads at all times and poo should be bagged and binned.
- All animals must be covered by appropriate vaccinations and/or insurance
LIABILITY
The Organiser, the Landowner, or Committee do not accept liability for accidents, damage, illness or injury to Horses, riders, Spectators or any Person or Property whatsoever.
