TEAM SCORING - TEAMS CAN BE MADE UP OF MIXED HEIGHT RIDERS. RIDERS MAY HAVE MORE THAN ONE HORSE IN A TEAM. IF RIDERS DO TWO HEIGHT CLASSES ON SAME HORSE THEN FIRST ROUND WILL COUNT. 6 PONITS TO A WINNER, 5 POINTS TO 2ND AND SO ON. TEAM WITH HIGHEST POINTS WILL WIN.

JOKER - Optional Joker fence as last jump. Play safe and jump the lower obstacle or try to deduct penalties by clearing the joker! Its all to play for!
Terms & Conditions for Entries to Events
The following terms & conditions apply to any showjumping or ODE, Derby organised by Strathearn Eventing.
1. By entering for any competition during an event, the athlete recognises they are participating in a risk sport.
2. The decision of the judges is final.
3. The organiser reserves the right to limit the number of entries.
4. In the event of insufficient starters in any competition, the organiser reserves the right to withhold lower prizes.
5. The organiser will not accept any legal liability for accidents, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, grooms, riders, spectators or any property owned by them.
6. Athletes must be suitably dressed and all safety equipment must comply with recognised safety standards..
7. Fences in the warm-up arena will be flagged and must be jumped in the correct direction. Practice fences may not be higher than 10cm above the stated height of the competition in the schedule.
8. Entries can be made on Horsemonkey.
9. Late entries may be accepted after the closing date if space permits, these will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. A late entry fee (per entry) may be applied.
10. The organiser reserve the right to refuse entry should they feel obligied.
Cancellations & Refunds
1. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or amend a class in any way.
2. Withdrawals prior to the entry closing dates: A full refund will be given if withdrawn 10 days prior to competition minus a 15% administration fee. No refund within 9 days of competition
3. In the event of an event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, Strathearn Eventing will endeavour to reschedule the event or refund any entries less a 15% administration fee.
5. Withdrawals must be made by email to events@strathearneventing.co.uk or by phone 07802559127 (withdrawals cannot be made over social media platforms such as Facebook).
