In the interests of health and safety, everyone must take all reasonable precaution to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and stewards including conduct in working in areas.
Flash photography is strictly forbidden.
Mobile phones must be turned off during classes.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on site.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
The Judge’s decision is final.
The Committee will not be held responsible for any damage whatsoever to animals, persons or property. All persons attending the show do so at their own risk.
No phone entries will be accepted. The Committee reserves the right to decline any entry.
The Committee reserves the right to alter or modify the schedule or withhold any prize for child unable to prove his/her age if asked. All riders must be 3 years and older.
All dogs must be kept on a lead.
No galloping outside the ring.
No horse/pony should be loaded into or tied to a trailer which is not hitched up to a towing vehicle.
Correct British standard head gear, conforming to current standards and appropriate dress to be worn at all times when mounted.
Numbers must be worn in the rings.
Whips/spurs are not to be used in the gymkhana. Any excessive use while on the showground will result in disqualification.
Ridden horses must be 4 years old and over.
No entry fees will be refunded, but competitors will be allowed to swap classes if feasible.
No unauthorized persons allowed in the rings, except grooms in show classes.
In leading rein gymkhana or jumping classes, the winner will be the rider and not the leader first across the line.
All entries must be declared to the ring stewards before the start of class. Please inform the ring steward if you wish to be withdrawn from a class or if you may be required in more than one ring at the same time.
Persons leading a competitor must be 16 years or over.
The committee reserves the right to exclude any person’s horses due to inappropriate behavior.
