Open to members & non-members. (Prior bookings ONLY: £12 non members & £10 members).
Rosettes 1- 6th place. Show Jumping Classes will only be split if there are sufficent entries.
All show jumping classses with be run single phase (the second half of the course will be timed and faults taken over the whole course).
The event will run under pony club rules and our judges decision is final.
Ages as of 1st January 2025.
Times will be given once prior entries have closed the Tuesday evening.
Refreshments , drinks, teas and coffee and tuck shop will be running.
First aiders in attendance.
This is part of a four part series where points will be awarded to pony club members as a series.
Dress Code: Show attire (plaiting welcomed for dressage but NOT compulsory and wont effect mark).

2 Judges decision is final. They may disqualify a competitor at any stage of the competition if, in their opinion, the horse is lame, sick, exhausted, or for misuse of the whip or for cruelty of any kind. Also for breach of the rules for unseemly behaviour including bad language.
3 Any objection must be made in writing to The District Commissioner or Committee Member within 15 minutes of the incident accompanied by £10 deposit.
4 For the purposes of this show no stallions are permitted.
5 Ridden horses/ponies must be 4 years old and over.
6 The venue is private property and the organisers may exclude any person without being required to give a reason.
7 Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.

No refund after the event bookings have closed.
If you have to withdraw after bookings have closed due to horse / pony issue then vets note will be required for a refund if the bookings have closed.
Full refund will be given if cancel before bookings close.
If we have to cancel the event in full a refund will be given. If part of the event is cancelled then only that part will be refunded if the rest of the event goes ahead.
