BD Scotland Test Riding Camp
Join us for an incredible two-day camp dedicated to perfecting your test riding and refining your ring craft, guided by the expertise of our three List 1 Judges: Jane Critchley, Harry Payne, and Gillian Peters.
This 2-day training camp includes:
Day 1
1 x 40 Minute Individual Test Riding Session
1 x 60 Minute Group Test Movements Session
Day 2
1 x 40 Minute Individual Test Riding Session
1 x 60 Minute Group Flatwork Session
Your registration also includes:
- A range of off horse sessions including rider biomechanics and body awareness workshop, talk and horse nutrition.
- An evening meal and quiz on Thursday for all campers (additional dinners can be purchased for friends and family).
- Two nights of stabling (Wednesday and Thursday).
- One bale of shavings.
This camp is followed by a British Dressage show at SNEC on Saturday 21st June. For those who would like to stay over for the show, please book extra stabling directly with SNEC. Stables are limited, please book quickly to avoid disappointment. Book here: https://www.snec.co.uk/stabling/

Coaches
Jane Critchley
Jane is an International rider and coach, passionate about training and supporting riders of all levels to enable them to reach their goals. Jane is a BDCC Level 3 Coach, BD List 1 Judge, Judge Educator And Chairperson for British Dressage North & West Region.
Gillian Peters
Gillian is a BD Recognised Coach, holding the BDCC level 2 qualification as well as the BD Para Coach qualification. She is also a BD List 1 and Para Judge and a Judge Educator. Gillian rides to PSG level and is happy to work with riders at all ages and stages. She has a particular interest in test riding and helping riders to get the most out of their competitive performance.
Harry Payne
Harry is a BD Accredited Coach, BD Youth Coach and is one of a small number of people to hold the UKCC level 4 qualification. Harry is also a BD List 1 judge, FEI 3/4* Eventing Judge, Tutor Judge and Coach Educator. Harry has ridden to International level and Grand Prix within dressage and International level at 3-day eventing.

BD Regional Cancellation Policy for Camps
£50 non refundable deposit required to secure the booking. In the event where a deposit is payable to secure a place at a BD Camp then this deposit amount is non-refundable (unless otherwise stated).
Cancellations no less than 21 days before a Camp will be refunded in full excluding any deposit. Cancellation

Cancellations no less than 21 days before a Camp will be refunded in full excluding any deposit. Cancellations made less than 21 days prior to the event are non-refundable/transferrable. Attendees will be liable for the full cost of Camp for any cancellations made less than 21 days prior to the event.
In the event where a Camp is oversubscribed, and your place can be filled, a full refund (less the deposit paid and £5.00 administration fee) may be given.
Amendments to bookings in the 21 days prior to the event are non-refundable and changes are subject to the organisers’ discretion.
The cost of any external services secured in the organisation of this camp (i.e. extra’s such as Stabling/Hook Ups) may be non-refundable.
Change to Events
BD reserve the right to change or cancel details and dates of an event at short notice. In the event of a cancellation or amendment, transfer to an alternative event or a full refund will be offered.
British Dressage accept no responsibility for any personal expenses incurred in the event of a cancellation or change to any type of BD event.
