FOR EVENT ENTRIES For your entry to be processed it is necessary to disclose some of the information you have provided to relevant MDRC Committee members. Your results will be displayed on the MDRC website. “If you receive an injury as the direct result of an accident occurring whilst you are participating at this event, any medical reports relating to your condition will be passed to British Riding Clubs”. By submitting your entry you are agreeing to the above.
XC and SJ Course available for walking from 2.00pm Saturday 24 May.
Course may also be walked on day taking care as horses will be on course.

THIS COMPETITION IS RUN UNDER BRITISH RIDING CLUB RULES (Horses must be 5YO or over)
FOR THE CROSS COUNTRY PHASE riders must wear Long sleeves/Body protector to Beta-Level 3/Skull cap (no fixed peak), please see BRC website for hat standards, and are advised to wear a Medical armband. It is the responsibility of the rider to have acceptable standards.
PLEASE NOTE if you are eliminated in the show jumping or score and/or exceed 24 jumping faults you WILL NOT be allowed to compete cross country.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ OUR XC RULES & GUIDELINES FOR RIDERS & FAQ available on our website, especially regarding dress/tack and WHIP RULES. It is further advised that an up-to-date standard body protector is worn.
TOWING OFF – Should your vehicle require towing, fees will apply £30/per hour +VAT

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied at the event by an adult at all times. Any unaccompanied children will NOT be allowed to compete.
In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel this event.
Please be respectful to the facilities. No galloping allowed in lorry park, only use warm-up area provided. All dogs to be kept on leads at all times. Please take your litter home and leave lorry park tidy.

Class 2 - Combination not to have won any horse trials/ODE over a course of 75cms or above and must not have completed a Riding Club ODE, Pony Club Horse Trials or BE Event at 90cms or above.
Class 3 - Combination not to have won any ODE at any height and not to have completed any area BE Horse Trials/One Day Event (excludes PC camp events)

HC Entries will be accepted but remain HC in all classes entered.
NB: An additional £10.00 will be charged for entries after the closing date and a further £10 for any changes at that time. Entries cancelled after the closing date will be charged in full unless a vets or Doctors certificate is received. In the event of cancellation due to weather/ground conditions, refunds will be given minus a £10 admin fee.
