Dressage competition open to all, Pony Club and Non Pony Club members.
All classes, except the Walk and Trot class, will serve as qualifiers for the Pony Club Spring Festival 2026, rosettes will awarded to 6th place.
Walk & Trot class may be on lead rein and/or test may be called.
Competitors to supply own numbers which can be clearly seen by the judge
Day or overnight stabling requests should be made directly to Inchcoonans Equestrian.
Dogs should be kept on leads at all times.
Food and toilets available on site.
Please park sensibly and as per steward instructions if given.
This competition is open to all and will be run under Pony Club Rules 2025.
Pony Club hat tags must be worn - hat tagging on the day is available.
If Pony Club members wish to wear spurs, a yellow spurs tag must be worn. Misuse of spurs may result in elimination.
PC70 qualifier riders must be aged 13 years or under as of 1st January 2025.

If competitors require a Pony Club Reasonable Adjustment for this event (available from the Pony Club website https://pcuk.org/reasonable-adjustment/), please email to the competition secretary prior to the closing date.
Horses and ponies must be vaccinated as per The Pony Club rules 2025. Spot checks on passports may be carried out.
Perth Pony Club expects competitiors and parents/guardians/helpers to treat the competition officials and voluteers with civility and respect. Anyone who is rude or agressive towards officials or voluteers will be referred to The Pony Club Head Office and may not be allowed to attend Perth Pony Events in the future.
The organisers reserve the right to amend the schedule without notice.
Health and Safety
Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occuring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and the officials and stewards.
Legal Liability
Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
All non-Pony Club competitors are not covered by the Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The Perth Branch of the Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non members and their insurance will not cover you.

Refunds
No refunds after the closing date for whatever reason, before this date full refunds will be given, minus any booking fees.
Event Cancelled by Organiser
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel, all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees.
