100% Payment is due at the time of booking. All aspects of the Steward Education System must be completed before booking onto the oral assessment. Refunds in full or transfers to another BD Steward Training Event can be made 7 days prior to the event date.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event are non-refundable/transferrable.
