ARENA HIRE SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PLEASE READ
· The cost of hire is £45 per hour (£50 on weekends) in Winter and £40 per hour (£45 on weekends) in Summer.

· The cost of hire is £45 per hour (£50 on weekends) in Winter and £40 per hour (£45 on weekends) in Summer.
· Cancellation Policy: Refunds will only be issued for cancellations if at least 48 hours' notice is provided.
· The hire fee includes up to three horses. Any additional horses must be booked in advance via Horse Monkey at a charge of £5 per horse.
· Poo Picking & Cleanliness: Please ensure that you clear up all horse droppings from the arena and lorry park before leaving. CCTV is in operation, and fines may be issued for failure to clean up.
· Riders must not ride alone and should ensure they always have someone with them.
· Riding is only permitted within the designated arena and car park area. Riding near the track or in any other areas on-site is strictly prohibited.
· Warm-up & Cool-down: These must be done only within the hired arena. The collecting ring and other areas are not to be used.
· Do not exceed your allocated time slot. Please arrive with enough time to start promptly and leave the arena on time.
· Show Jumping Course: The course must be left ready for the next hire, with poles on cups and fences set at approximately 80cm. The track layout must not be altered.
· Safety Equipment & Course Setup: Ensure that safety cups are in the correct position at all times when using the show jumping course.
· Arena Gate: The arena gate must be kept closed at all times while riding.
· Lunging: Strictly not permitted in any of the arenas.
· Facilities: Toilets will be available for use.
· Use of Facilities at Own Risk: All riders use the arena at their own risk.
· Breakages: Any damages to jumps or other equipment must be reported to the Centre immediately.
· Instructor Insurance Requirement: Any instructor providing paid coaching, advice, or assistance must hold valid professional insurance and be able to provide proof upon request.
· Rider & Horse Safety: Riders must ensure that both they and their horses are working within their own fitness levels and abilities.
· Appropriate Attire: Horses must be wearing suitable tack, and riders must be appropriately dressed, including wearing riding boots at all times.
· Noise & Machinery Disclaimer: Aintree Equestrian Centre and Aintree Racecourse are working environments, meaning that there may be noise or machinery operating on-site. Riders should be prepared for this.
