Terms & conditions
A valid passport and vaccination record must accompany the pony to this event and must be available for inspection if required by event officials. Please ensure that all ponies are vaccinated according to the current Pony Club rules for an Area event and present passports & vaccination records with declaration forms on the day.

• Withdrawals and Refunds: full refunds will be given up until the closing date of the competition. Withdrawals after the closing date of the competition will not be refunded
• Teams will be asked to nominate two line stewards – names to be provided one week before the event
Refund policy
Withdrawals and Refunds: full refunds will be given up until the closing date of the competition. After the closing date no refunds will be made without a Doctors or Vets certificate produced no later than 24 hours after the event. If produced after this no refund will be given.
