* The route will take approx 1hr to complete, this ride is walk and trot only.
*OWN NUMBERS must be provided - bibs, bridle numbers or number tied round waist. Numbers will be given with times but to be printed by riders before the event.

* Please stay to designated route and respect landowners crops
* The organiser of the event will take every reasonable precaution to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For those measures to be effective everyone must take precaution to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey instruction of the organisers and officials.
* Horses or ponies should at no time be tied to any fencing
* Riders/Owners are responsible for their animals and spectators safety.
* Every care will be given, but no responsibility can be taken for any loss, injury or damage to any person or their property.
* Horse or ponies must be four years or old or over to be ridden on the ride.
* All droppings and litter are to be removed from the parking field
* No entry fee will be refunded without a vet or doctors certification.
* Correct riding wear must be worn including current safety standard hats
* It is a condition of entry that each competitor agrees to abide by these rules
* The organisers reserve the right to ask any competitor to leave the showground without stating a reason

* Minimum sponsorship of £10 must be paid on the day
