Terms & conditions
If selecting to pay the membership cost, individuals must be a member of Tyne and Wear Riding Club at the date of the event. If the individual is found not to hold a current membership with the club, their entry will be cancelled and no refund will be given.

Any non-members must hold valid liability insurance and must be able to provide proof upon request. Failure to do this will result in their entry being cancelled and no refund will be given.
All horses attending any events must be fully vaccincated within the last 12 months.
Refund policy
If you cancel before the closing date you will recieve a redund (minus any processing fees).
If you cancel after the closing date you will not receive any refund.
If we cancel the event, at any time (up to and including the date of the event) you will receive a refund.
