Sessions are shared 45 mins with a rider at a similar level and open to combinations from Intro to Ele OR a 30 minute session with EQ bands for rider alignment. EQ Bands will help with

Rider Symmetry
Strengthen and activate key riding muscles
Reduce aysemmetrical loading & promote symmetrical development for your horse
