Entries close 9am on the Tuesday prior to the event, times will be released by 5pm. Once times have been released, the transfer of entries and refunds are unable to be processed.
Competitors and Spectators must abide by HAPPA's visitor rules.
HAPPA is a working yard, operating machinery and equipment during these times. By entering you are agreeing to HAPPA's T&C's regarding noise pollution.
Refund policy
Refunds can only be provided prior to the release of times, once times are published, no refunds can be issued. Entries close at 9am the Tuesday before the competition, cancellations should be made prior to this for those wanting a refund.
HAPPA reserve the right to move or cancel the competition due to unforeseen circumstances beyond HAPPAs control. At this point you will be offered an alternative date/s to move your booking to at no additional cost to yourself.
