Only six stables available on site. Memebrs to bring their own bedding and haylage. Shavings only permitted. All stables must be cleaned out of a soiled bedding on departure. Bring water bucket and mucking out tools. Other stables available to hire at Netherton Equestrian which is within 30 mins drive of the venue.

Get out early in the season and start training on grass. This weekend of training is set up so members can pick either just one session on either day or come for two days. Stabling is limited but off site stabling available locally. Organised by Area 19 but we welcome any Area 1 members who wish to join us. Non Pony Club members are also welcome but restricted number of places available, they also must have their own insurance.
Open to Pony Club members in Area 19 or Area 1, plus Tetrathalon members. Pony Club safety rules apply, body protectors, hats and spurs rules must be adhered to. Non Pony Club members are welcome but restricted number of places available, they also must have their own insurance.

No refund past closing date, Monday 17 March at noon unless a vet or doctors note is presented within 5 days.
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued upon receipt of bank details, if the original payment cannot be refunded via original payment service.
In the event of an individual named on the booking form being unable to attend, it will be treated as a Failure to attend and no refund given.
In the event of there being insufficient numbers booked onto this event, The Pony Club reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Camp.
