Sandhurst Equestrian Centre invites you and your horse to join us for a horseback tour of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. This beautiful and historic site is famous for training all future British Army Officers, including several members of the Royal Family. This rare opportunity will take in the stunning and fascinating sights of the Academy and will include plenty of photo stops.
The tour will be approximately 4 miles and is all on the road. The roads have a speed limit of 15-20mph and are incredibly quiet. The majority of the tour will be in walk, but some trot work will be possible. Small, or walk only groups are available, please select as desired.
This ride is organised by Sandhurst Equestrian Centre, part of the Armed Forces Equine Charity.
1. All riders must wear hard hats/crash helmets to BS EN 1384 1997 or PAS 015 1998 standards.
2. Horses and ponies must be at leaat 4 years old.
3. Equine Influenza Requirements: All horses and ponies must have had their first 2 vaccinations of the course and/or a booster within the last 12 months.
4. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

5. Children under the age of 12 must be escorted by an adult.
6. Riders must not deviate from the course under any circumstances. Any rider found riding in a reckless or dangerous manner will be asked to leave.
7. The Organisers, Sandhurst Equestrian Centre, and all persons involved with the running of the ride, disclaim all liability for any damage or injury to any persons or property, howsoever caused, whether by negligence or otherwise. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm that you hold appropriate public liability insurance for you and your horse.
8. The decision of the Organisers on any matter shall be final.
9. Riders agree to comply with all instructions from any of the Organisers or Military Personnel at the venue.
10. Should the event be cancelled due to inclement weather or due to reasons beyond the control of the Organiser, refunds will be issued less a £5.00 administration levy.
11. By entering the RMAS Ride, riders agree to these Rules and Conditions of Entry.
12. Data Protection Act 1998: I understand that the information I have given will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 but may also be made available to insurers and other concerned parties in the event of any injury or accident.
Refunds up to 7 days before the event. The booking fee is non-refundable.
