This is the fifth year running Senior Training Camp, which over the years has become a highlight for many returning Seniors. You need to expect a non stop schedule over the two days. Everyone arrives on the Friday evening as the next two days you will be active from 09.00 till 18.00, enjoying training from a variety of highly regarded performance coaches and Pony Club Lead Assessors who will coach to meet the levels of B, B+, AH and A levels. Your horses and ponies must be fit, as you will be riding three times during the day, and while they rest inbetween sessions, you will cover syllabus horse welfare and care session.
The venue Auchlisie is set on a BE approved course offering BE70 - Novice, so attendees on the FULL CAMP places will be coached over fences set at C+ and beyond heights BE80 to BE110, with a full water complex, hills and drops. Show Jumping will be on grass and on surface depending on your schedule and Dressage will be on grass.
Due to several requests, this year for those who do not jump, we are offering DRESSAGE ONLY camp places where this group will focus on; refining advanced dressage lateral movements, pole work to improve flexibility and balance, riders position and communication with horse, and Test n Teach sessions with a BD list 3 Judge. Dressage Only places may be limited.
This year there is something for all members in Pony Club whether you love riding Eventing, Show Jumping or just prefer Dressage.

Deposit is non refundable. Remaining balance payments have been split into two deadline payment periods, first by 3 April and second by 3 May. Refund policy is listed below. Late payment of staged balances will result in administration charges. You will be sent a reminder prior to the payment dates.
Parent attendance
We expect parents to accompany members under the age of 18 and stay for the duration of camp. Please let us know if you do not intend to stay. Parents are expected to help out within their members group with roles such as First Aid, Group Leader and Poo Picking within arenas.
Biosecurity
• I agree to abide by The Pony Club’s Biosecurity policy, I accept this may change from time to time and will abide by the latest version that is in effect at the time of the event.

Abandonment
• Events are subject to cancellation or rescheduling at our discretion.
• If the Event is cancelled in its entirety, we will communicate the refund process to you as soon as possible.
• I accept that I will receive a 50% refund in any instance that The Pony Club is required to abandon an event and agree to follow the refund process that will be communicated to receive this refund.
• The Pony Club shall not be liable for any additional loss or damage resulting from such cancellation or changes.
• We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or vary the operation of our contract with you if events occur which are outside of our reasonable control and we shall not be responsible for any breach of contract, nor for any loss or damage, resulting from such an event.
