Thank you for booking at Bicton College. It is great to have you all back with us again. To ensure that everyone is safe whilst using the facilities we have some guidelines that must be followed.
• Arena hire is at the risk of the hiring party and they are responsible for adhering to social distancing and hygiene measures.
• As per government guidelines. There is a maximum of 6 individuals allowed in the arenas at any one time. This is for both rider and those on foot. e.g. 4 riders, one instructor and one spectator. Spectators wishing to watch the outdoor school may do so within the fenced area but must not enter the arena.
• When arriving on site, follow the directions to the parking area.
• No vehicles are permitted outside of the designated parking area. Individuals found parked outside of this area will be asked to leave.
• Pedestrian and horse traffic must be kept within the fenced area outside the arenas and the arenas themselves. The exception is when using the toilets located outside the Equestrian Office.
• It is the responsibility of the hirer to provide their own hand sanitiser. We will be wiping down and cleaning the handles on all gates and the skips daily.
• Once you have finished using the facilities, we ask that hirers and their guests leave in a prompt manner.
• Toilet facilities are available for use and are cleaned by our cleaning staff. They are located outside the Indoor Arena.
• When using the jumps equipment. Someone must be designated to handle the jumps. They must wash hands before handling the jumps.
• Dogs must be kept on leads at all times if outside of a vehicle. Dogs can be walked in the fenced area outside of the arenas and within the tiered gravel carpark. Dogs must not be walked anywhere else on campus.
