All entries must be made in accordance with the instructions provided in the schedule and must be accompanied by the correct entry fee.
The Show Organiser reserves the right to refuse any entry without stating a reason.
Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the Show Organiser and may be subject to an additional fee.

Withdrawals must be notified to the Show Organiser in writing (email is acceptable to [Email Address]) as soon as possible. Refund policies for withdrawals are detailed in Section 4.
It is the Competitor's responsibility to ensure that all details provided on the entry form are correct and complete, including horse and rider details, BD membership numbers, and eligibility for classes.
Eligibility:
All horses and riders must be registered with British Dressage and comply with the eligibility rules for the entered classes as outlined in the BD Rules.
Proof of horse and rider registration may be required.
The Show Organiser reserves the right to check eligibility and disqualify any ineligible entries.
Refunds and Withdrawals:
No refunds will be given for withdrawals made after the published times, except in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the Show Organiser, and may be subject to an administration fee.
In the event of cancellation of the Show due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., adverse weather), the Show Organiser will make reasonable efforts to notify Competitors and may offer a partial refund or transfer of entry fees to a future event, at their discretion.
Conduct and Safety:
All Competitors and their associates are expected to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner and treat all officials, volunteers, and other Competitors with respect.
The safety of all participants and horses is paramount. Competitors must adhere to all instructions given by Show officials and stewards.
Appropriate riding attire and protective headwear (complying with current BD Rules) must be worn at all times when mounted.
Horses must be fit and healthy to compete and must have up-to-date vaccinations as required by BD Rules and any specific venue requirements.
The Show Organiser reserves the right to ask any person to leave the Showground if their conduct is deemed unacceptable or unsafe.
Lunging is only permitted in designated areas and is subject to any specific rules set by the Show Organiser.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and are the responsibility of their owners.
Liability:
The Show Organiser, landowners, and their respective employees, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or accident to horses, riders, spectators, or their property, howsoever caused, except in the case of death or personal injury caused by their negligence.
Competitors are strongly advised to have their own personal and equine insurance cover.
By entering the Show, Competitors acknowledge that equestrian activities are inherently dangerous and that they participate at their own risk.
Judging and Results:
Judging will be conducted in accordance with the current BD Rules.
The Judge's decision is final in all matters relating to performance and marking.
Results will be displayed on the official notice board and may be published online.
Any queries regarding results must be made in writing to the Show Secretary within 30 minutes of the results being published, accompanied by a fee as specified in the schedule (if applicable).
Prizes:
Prizes will be awarded as detailed in the Show schedule.
The Show Organiser reserves the right to withhold prizes if there are insufficient entries in a class.
Photography and Media:
The Show Organiser may arrange for official photographers and/or videographers to be present at the Show. By entering, Competitors consent to the use of any photographs or videos taken of them and their horses for promotional purposes by the Show Organiser.
Commercial photography or videography is only permitted with the prior written consent of the Show Organiser.
Data Protection:
Personal data provided on the entry form will be processed in accordance with the Show Organiser's privacy policy and relevant data protection legislation. This data will be used for the purposes of administering the Show and may be shared with British Dressage for membership verification and results processing.
Amendments:
The Show Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or the Show schedule at any time. Competitors will be notified of any significant changes where practicable.
