Eligibility: All riders must be members of British Showjumping and comply with their current rules and regulations. Competitors must provide valid membership details upon request.
Safety: Riders are required to wear approved safety helmets and appropriate clothing at all times during the event. Failure to comply will result in disqualification. The organisers reserve the right to remove any competitor from the event for safety reasons.
Liability: All participants compete at their own risk. The organisers accept no responsibility for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event. Competitors are strongly advised to have their own insurance coverage.
Conduct: All participants, including competitors, grooms, and spectators, are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner. Any form of abuse, unsporting behaviour, or misconduct made in person or via social media may result in immediate disqualification and removal from the event.
Event Changes: The organisers reserve the right to amend, reschedule, or cancel any classes or the entire event due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or other safety concerns. Every effort will be made to notify participants of changes.
Data Protection: By entering the event, competitors agree to their personal data being used for event administration purposes only. This information will not be shared with third parties without consent. Results and participant details may be published online or in event materials.
Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled.
