Dressage Points Series 2025 - points are accrued for fully paid up members of AVRC only
1st place 6 points
2nd place 5 points
3rd place 4 points
4th place 3 points
5th place 2 points
Unplaced combinations will gain 1 point per completed test.
Points will be accrued over the four points events, May 18th, June 15th, July 20th and September 7th.
Points apply to rider and horse combination. If the rider competes on more than one horse or pony the points will be counted separately.
Where there are two classes at one level and the combination gets placed in both classes then both scores will count. FSM open class is one class so only highest place will count if combination enters more than one level.
At the end of the series we will award the below:-
Lead Rein - 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall
Intro Junior -1st , 2nd and 3rd overall
Intro Senior - 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall
Prelim - 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall
Novice - 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall
Elementary - 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall
Medium - 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall
Music - 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall
Mountain and Moorland - Champion and Reserve
Retrained Racehorse - Champion and Reserve
Veteran Horse (15 years and over) - Champion and Reserve
Senior Rider (50 years and over) - Chanpion and Reserve
Traditional Cob - Champion and Reserve
Endeavour Award
Overall Junior Champion and Reserve
Overall Senior Champion and Reserve
